Assyrtiko, Chardonnay, Malvasia Aromatica, Xinomavro, Moschomavro and Tsapournakos are the main varietals of the estate, which coexist with several other local varieties grown experimentally.
Ever since the beginning, principles of organic agriculture have been applied to the vineyard.
The aim is not just to produce high quality grapes, and, as a consequence, high quality wines, but also protect the ecosystem the vineyard develops into.
Therefore, a combination of experience, advanced knowledge and technology is applied systematically in order to test soil quality and keep greenhouse gas emissions at the lowest levels.
It’s all about yielding a ‘natural’ terroir.
