In the winery
Careful handling of the grapes. The must stay in contact with the skins until the end of the fermentation. Malolactic fermentation in stainless tanks.
Characteristics
Intense red color with purple hues. Red fruits, lavender and butter in the nose. Soft with velvet tannins in the mouth and fruits on the palate.
Food pairings
Yellow cheeses, pasta, meat with light sauces.
